Being a huge animal lover, I can't stand it when people are cranky and complain about their neighbors' dogs... just to complain because they aren't animal people.  

However, this owner was receiving constant complaints.  Neighbors claimed that when the dog was left home alone there was a major ruckus coming from the apartment. 

Baffled, the owner set up a nanny cam and found out THIS was happening:
