The 25 year-old (yes, she's lying), started her radio career as an intern at a Long Island radio station and worked her way through the ranks. After two hops across The Long Island Sound, full-time radio experience and various voice-over projects, she landed her dream job working in Market 1 radio and expanding her brand across the country. In addition, Wendy can also be heard on The Weekend Throwdown with Jagger, and The Weekend Top 30 Countdown, two nationally syndicated programs.

I am no stranger to beating myself up. It started when I was 3 and in gymnastics, continuing for years... on to figure skating and falling hard on the ice. Ninjutsu... you can imagine the roughness of that art/sport.
The thing is... I've ALWAYS rushed through stretching.
One of my trapeze coaches, Bobby stresses the importance of stretching and explains how stretching and warming up are NOT the same thing at all.
Gym buffs... would you consider yourself a stretching slacker? How long do you take to stretch and warm up the body before any heavy lifting or activity?

(As I take 2 more Advil for my achy back. I think I learned my lesson, lol!)
